The Pro Sacile Association (hereinafter the "Association" or the "Owner") with registered office in Sacile, Viale Zancanaro n. 4, included in the National Register of Pro Loco Associations, pursuant to and by effect of art. 2 / b of Law no. 147, just DM Tourism and Entertainment on 19 August 1967, and is registered under no. 75 of the Regional Register of Pro Loco referred to in art. 33 of the Regional Law n. 34 of 11 August 1980 and the Data Controller, informs you that it will process your data in accordance with the provisions of the European Regulation n. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (hereinafter "GDPR").

The personal data you provide will be processed for the purposes connected and instrumental to the management of your requests and for aggregate statistical processing, as well as in compliance with any provisions issued by authorities legitimated by the law.

 

The Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

The Data Controller of personal data pursuant to the GDPR is the Pro Sacile Association, Viale Zancanaro n. 4 - 33077, Sacile. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (Responsible for the protection of personal data) to whom you can contact to exercise your rights or to obtain information relating to them and / or this Information, by writing to Associazione Pro Sacile, Via Cavour 25, 33077 Sacile (PN) (operational headquarters) or by sending an e-mail to the addresssegreteria@prosacile.com.

 

Purpose of data processing and nature of the provision

Your personal data may be processed by the Association for the sole purpose of satisfying your request. The provision of data is optional but any refusal to provide one or more of the requested data may make it impossible for the Bank to respond to your request.

 

Processing methods, subjects to whom the data may be communicated and retention period

The data you provide will be processed using IT, telematic and manual tools, by the Pro Sacile Association as Data Controller. Your personal data will not be disclosed and will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Personal data will be processed by the Association for the time necessary to provide the service requested by you.

For the pursuit of the processing purposes described above, no decision is made based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you or that significantly affects your person in a similar way.

 

Rights of the interested party

Pursuant to art. 15-21 of the GDPR has the right to access their data and to request their rectification and integration or, if necessary, their cancellation, limitation or opposition to processing. To exercise these rights, you can contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) by writing to Associazione Pro Sacile, Via Cavour 25, 33077 Sacile (PN) (operational headquarters) or by sending an e-mail to the addresssegreteria@prosacile.com.

You may also promptly report to the DPO, through the contact details indicated above, any circumstances or events from which, even potentially, a breach of personal data (i.e. any breach of security capable of causing, accidentally or in a way illegal, destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access to data), in order to allow immediate evaluation and, where necessary, the adoption of actions aimed at countering this event.

Finally, we remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data or another Supervisory Authority pursuant to art. 13, par. 2, letter d) of the GDPR.
